The OTab Group partners with various organizations to bring events that IDENTIFY, TRAIN and EQUIP leaders. One of our core values is our belief that “No one individual or organization has all the answers. We reach out to resources outside of ourselves to best people and tools that fit the unique needs of our clients”.
Part of what that means is that in order to fulfill our mission, we have to collaborate with other organizations AND we have to put current/upcoming leaders in an environment where they can collaborate as well.

Our events vary from award ceremonies, to training camps, to leadership development.
